Come on, at the end of a hard, working day, preparing dinner seems like a mammoth activity, huh? Majority of us would simply want something which is fast, easy and delicious on the plate. I understand completely. This is why I have assembled this list of 10 quick and easy dinner recipes that one can make despite being in short supply of time or energy.
These are the dishes I have tasted or have been acquired throughout the years in reading between the lines of friends and relatives. There was no pretentious stuff, no time consuming procedures. Nothing but good, desi style comfort food and some fusion concepts, which will suit so well in our Indian kitchens
1.Paneer Bhurj:
🥄With paneer sitting in the fridge, you do not need to think twice.
Ingredients:
Paneer, onion,
tomato,
ginger-garlic paste,
green chilli and masalas.
Making:
Blend paneer, fry onions, tomatoes and spices. Add paneer and leave it to cook few mins.
Stuff it in a roti, wrap it up- you have got your paneer wrap!
2.Instant Vegetable Pulao:
🥄The recipe is a blessing once you have some left-over veggies.
Ingredients: Rice
mixed vegetables
jeera (cumin),
bay leaf,
garam masala and salt.
Making:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add jeera and spices and the chopped veggies and washed rice. Put in a little water and cook 2-3 whistles.
Bonus: Tastes better with curd or pickle as the side.
3.Tamatar Aloo Curry:
🥄And there is always potatoes, na? This is one of my mum tricks when the vegetable are low.
